Meet the builder behind The Agentic Lead

Hey, I’m [Prabhu Teja] — and I’m the person writing
everything you read on The Agentic Lead.

For the past 10 years, I’ve shipped production software
systems in industries that don’t tolerate broken code — steel
detailing, 3D engineering, costing & estimation applications, and .NET
enterprise systems
. The kind of work where if your build fails
on Monday morning, an entire factory floor stops moving.

Along the way, I became a Scrum Master and spent years
building self-organizing teams across 3+ time zones
engineers in different countries, different cultures, different working
hours, all shipping together. That’s where I learned the real lesson:
systems beat heroics. Every single time.

I’ve worked at top-tier companies on cross-located teams, watched bad
process strangle great engineers, and watched good process turn average
teams into 2–3x performers. The work is the same whether you’re
building software or building agentic AI: clear architecture,
honest feedback loops, and the humility to fix what breaks.

Then 2025 happened.

AI agents stopped being demos and started becoming real,
shippable systems
. Workflows I used to architect for
5-engineer teams could now run with one well-designed agent.
The pattern recognition was immediate — this is software development
+ systems thinking + agile teamwork, accelerated by 10x.

So I went all in.

Today, I do three things — full-time:

🛠️
01

I Build

Production-grade AI agents and automation systems. Some I keep,
some I sell, some I open-source. Real systems that ship — not
tutorials with “deploy your own version” buttons.

I Teach

Daily writing on AI agents, automation patterns, and systems
thinking. Deep tutorials that show the code, the cost, and what
broke. Plus 1:1 career guidance for engineers transitioning into
AI roles.

I Accelerate

Hands-on consulting and implementation for teams adopting agentic
AI. Audit → architecture → working system. No 80-page slide decks.
Just shipped automations that pay for themselves in week one.

How I Work

Principles I don’t compromise on

These aren’t aspirational. They’re the operating rules I’ve earned
the hard way.

Systems beat heroics

If it only works because someone stayed up late, it doesn’t work.

🎯

Ship working code, not demos

Sandbox tutorials don’t survive production. I write what does.

📐

Specific over inspirational

Real numbers, real stacks, real failures. Inspiration is for sleeping.

🔁

Teach what I’d want taught to me

The guide I needed at year three of my career didn’t exist. So I write it.

🔧

Build before you opine

If I haven’t shipped it, I don’t write about it. That filter is the moat.

🌍

Distributed by default

Best work happens when good people have autonomy across distance.
